Terms of Service

APEX provides client workspace software for content operations, media uploads, social planning, and analytics. Users may use the service only for lawful business purposes and only for workspaces they are authorized to access.

• Users are responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials secure.
• Workspace access may be limited by role, membership, invitation, or business approval.
• APEX may remove access when an account is inactive, unauthorized, abusive, or no longer associated with the client workspace.

Clients are responsible for the media, text, captions, business information, and platform accounts they submit or connect. APEX does not claim ownership of client-uploaded media or connected social platform accounts.

When a user connects a third-party platform such as Meta, TikTok, or YouTube, that platform's terms and policies also apply. APEX will only use connected platform access for the workspace features the user authorized. The Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube connectors in this release are read-only and do not publish or change content on those services.

Before connecting YouTube, the person making the connection must affirmatively accept the current APEX Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for the disclosed YouTube data purpose. In a normal client workspace, that person must be an authorized workspace owner. In the isolated APEX connector-review workspace only, the verified APEX owner must separately confirm that the channel is APEX-owned or explicitly authorized for testing and approve its limited use for connector development, security testing, and provider-review evidence. This exception does not permit access to a real customer channel. Users connecting YouTube also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Users may revoke Google authorization from their Google third-party access settings.

Publishing is not part of the currently disclosed connector access. If APEX later offers a publishing feature, it will be subject to any required provider review and separate permission. The user will remain responsible for the selected account, final media, caption or description, audience or privacy choice, disclosures, rights, and scheduled time. APEX may stop or delay a publishing attempt when authorization, provider availability, account eligibility, safety, or policy requirements are not satisfied.

APEX may provide analytics, recommendations, and workflow tools. Social platforms can change API access, permissions, review requirements, metrics, and data availability. APEX does not guarantee platform approval, uninterrupted platform access, or specific business outcomes.
